Teen Haven
Mental health issues among teenagers are on the rise, with significant impacts on their academic performance, social interactions, and overall quality of life.
Recent studies indicate that:
Approximately 20% of teens experience depression before they reach adulthood.
Anxiety disorders affect 1 in 3 adolescents.
The rate of suicide among teens has increased dramatically over the past decade.
The CDC reported increases in the percentage of students reporting violence and safety concerns at school, and missing school due to these concerns.
Given these alarming statistics, there is an urgent need for accessible, effective mental health services tailored to the unique challenges faced by teenagers. Our program aims to fill this gap in our community.
Bridges introduces Teen Haven, which aims to provide comprehensive mental health support
